New Conto Energia Photovoltaic 2012

Following the publication in Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 159 del 10 luglio 2012 of Decreto del Ministero dello Sviluppo economico 5 luglio 2012 Attuazione dell’art. 25 del decreto legislativo 3 marzo 2011, n. 28, recante incentivazione della produzione di energia elettrica da impianti solari fotovoltaici, from the next August 27 will be in force the Quinto Conto Energia.

With the new Conto Energia will be introduced some new features compared to what happened so far.
For photovoltaic systems is expected, for new installations, the entry in a large plants register; are exempt from this entry the plants below 12 kWp and those up to 20 kWp accepting a reduction of 20% of the incentive, concentration plants, public plants and plants below 50 kWp realized replacing Eternit roofs, with its complete removal.

The tariffs are divided always in relation to the power of the plants but, anticipating what would have happened in 2013, will be divided in all-inclusive tariff and premium rate for self-consumption. Are confirmed awards for plants using material Made in EU.

For non-PV plants, instead, the incentives will be granted from January 1, 2013, with a transitional period of four months.
